Coral Caftan

Taking part in this shoot was very insightful. The team I worked with were absolutely professional and amazing. The look is part of my 2017 collection. The Moroccan caftan and accessories are available for bridal-styling service, in the UK, and Europe.

The experience enables myself and my team to take care of bridal make up and hair, outfit changes, veil setting as well as Doli/Amaria to complete the bridal package. Giving each bride a bespoke, tailored to each brides preference.

I loved every milli-second of this wedding, and I think the pictures are proof as to why.     It was such an idyllic venue, set up and decor. The bride was beyond happy and impressed with her achieved look as it was exactly what she was looking for which was extra glamorous make up with long luscious curls.

This gorgeous bride was after a soft look, she has the most gorgeous almond eyes and wanted to accentuate that. She wanted warm smokey eyes and and she was so happy with the achieved look. For her hair she wanted to go quite simple without accessories but accentuated height to compliment her dupatta.

Bollywood Bride

Working with Jaymee was such a pleasure, she booked me in a year in advance and without a trial she laid complete trust me in me. It’s fair to say the result were phenomenal. I opted for a smokey soft sultry eyes with flawless finish to her skin. She wasn’t after a harsh contour and not did she need it . For her hair we were lightly inspired by the south Indian look but framed the front of her hair to compliment the look. Dupatta/Chuni and accessory setting by me.

Moroccan Bridal – Amira (The Princess)

This look is a personal favourite of mine, and can suit any girl wanting to look and feel special for her big day. In contrast to the traditional Moroccan chedda look we saw in the previous blogpost. The Amira look would consist of less accessories, brighter colours worn, and softer makeup and hair. Enjoy the video below. Please take the time to like and subscribe. Thank you x

Date night soft makeup

For days when you’re running short of time to get ready for an event, but still want to look amazing. This look is so easy to replicate and perfect for beginners. The makeup is easily achieved with any two eyeshadow colours of your choosing. There is a make up hack I’ve used on this look which may seem very strange if you are new to make up. The Nivea post shave balm used as a primer has been by far the best incidental discovery by Nikkie Tutorials. This has been the holy grail of ALL HACKS. I hope you enjoy the video, please take the time to like and subscribe.

Vampy Glam

This is a bit of different look for me, but I really enjoyed doing this look (which I did share on my snapchat: Melmakeup7). I do love a dark lip especially in these cold months. I am a bit late on joining the liquid lipstick bandwagon that is going on at the moment, but I am so glad I did. It does take alot to impress me and I am VERY impressed with the Limecrime Velvetines Liquid Lipsticks. It was so pigmented and opaque and glided on so well. More importantly it just did not move the WHOLE night, despite scoffing my dinner and drinks for dinner. I am very impressed, and plan to buy some more (maybe all the colours – don’t tell my hubby). Retailing for about £14 per lippie I would say it definitely is worth the money as a little does go a long way.
